Solutions
We offer unique, custom solutions via the websites built by us. Although CMS's have hundreds of highly configurable modules, they rarely satisfy particular needs. Problems arise when a website system is up and running months ago and something isn't working as expected or it's behavior needs to be changed. This is where custom-built systems have an absolute advantage...
Custom Content Management System

A custom content management system allows to handle the website articles, product data or any other kind of information in a totally unique, importance-oriented way.
We prefer to develop custom content management systems... As seen in the practice, clients always start from something very simple and then complex demands start to appear... It's always better to build systems from scratch exactly as the client wants, instead of analyzing, understanding and trying to modify existing systems!
Newsletter sending system

We offer a built-in newsletter sending system, customizable by the client needs.
Brief list of features:
- E-mails can be sent in plain text or HTML format. Templates must be created before sending the actual messages. These templates can include placeholders for custom user data, such as name, username, dates, or any custom data that is present in the database or in the system.
- The recipients can be selected via filters, based on various criteria, such as the preferred language, recent activity, birthday, admin level, or anything else imaginable.
- Before sending the actual newsletter to the target public, it can be tested by sending to a small group of auditors.
- The system stores the recipients and the letter bodies and periodically sends a predefined amount of letters to prevent server overloads. The status of the letter sending process is logged, upon errors can be analyzed.
Custom webshop system

In webshops products are generally sold by a predefined whole unit, piece. However, there can be different products in a real shop which measurement type is particular. Examples: a stick of salami can be sold by weight (by approximately cutting down the required amount), or by whole stick, in which case the whole stick must be measured. Yet another products in the same shop may be sold by volume or by length.
We developed a webshop having the following features:
- It is able to register products measured by: weight, length, surface and volume
- Uses multiplier prefixes such as milli- (×0.001), centi- (×0.01), kilo- (×1000) and so on. Prefixes can be configured according to needs.
- Custom units of measurement can be defined, the singular and plural forms can be distinguished (1 piece versus 3pieces)
- Products can be sold in three ways: per piece (eg. photo camera), measurable piece (eg. cabbage) and measurable amount (eg. sugar).
- Works with interval prices (eg. $35.4 ... $38.2). For measurable products a measurement tolerance should be specified, thus, the estimated price is an interval varying according to the measuring tolerance. The price of multiple measurable products in cart will be displayed as a grand total interval. The exact price will be known after the order has been placed and the webshop manager prepares and measures the final quantity.
Other features include standard webshop-options, as translations, management area, payment methods, etc.
Announcement of available jobs and CV collecting

A useful feature for company homepages. Vacant jobs can be announced and visitors can apply for the announced jobs.
Features:
- Subscribed users can fill online a CV (Curriculum Vitae) form and upload their portrait. The CV documents can be printed.
- The website manager (or anybody else from the company's staff) can create a job offer. Upon finished, subscribed users will receive e-mails about the job. The offer expires automatically on the date specified.
- Those who have a valid CV, can apply for the job offer
Special statistics

Although hosting or third party services provide very detailed statistics, there are special stats which they cannot provide. Also intelligently analyzed statistics about the page visits can show the real situation, eg. filtering out automated crawlers and robots.
We can provide special statistics such as:
- Count the hours spent in a specified zone of the website (eg. count how many hours worked a translator)
- Log the user activity and register into a database the activity-related data (what's changed, when and who changed)
- Real page visits, filtering out robots, crawlers and service processes
Connection with other database systems

Synchronizing the website's data with an another system can be very important. Eg. a shop, having an internal database system managing the stock and sales. Connecting this system to a website can be useful for statistical purposes and/or automated product updates in a webshop
We offer solutions for interconnecting database systems with a website.
Connection with hardware systems

A special case is a website – hardware interconnection, eg. a house or factory automation. One can view sensor data on the website and also remotely alter the system.
We offer solutions for interconnecting hardware systems with a website.
CMS - Content Management System.
It's a well developed, secure and highly customizable website-framework. By default it's empty, the content must be created by the end user, basically by creating menus and writing atricles.
The framework can be extended with 3rd party modules or plug-ins, easily creating very complex websites. The layout of the website can be changed by installing new templates. The simple modules and templates are free, the complex ones must be licensed.
Advantages:

- Open source (free)
- Very stable and relatively secure code. Frequent upgrades
- Lots of modules and plug-ins are available for free
- The layout of the site can be changed easily
- There are lots of documenations available on the internet about using, configuring, extending, etc.
Disadvantages:
- The active developement ends after several years and new, non-backward-compatible versions may appear.
- Due to the open source nature of the code, there are always security issues
- Although modules and plugins are configurable, if a special functionality or layout is needed, it must be implemented by a website developer. This way the costs of the final website can be much higher than initially thought.
- For many people is difficult to add new content due to the complexity of the back-end and the high possibility to accidentally modify/delete something that alters the functioning of the site.
